Class Descriptions

Miracle Monthly Monday

This monthly two hour class is designed to get your month off to the best start with intention, focus and clarity. We will take part in a priming exercise to help set a productive and powerful tone for the month ahead. There will be an opportunity to share your goals & aspirations, intention setting and journaling. This is suitable for all whether your focus is personal or business.

Hatha Yoga with Kristine

Gentle poses, breath work and relaxation. Suitable for absolute beginners and those with a beginners mind. Small accepting classes.

Mindful Meditation

A one hour class designed to help you be present. Suitable for those with some meditation experience. The class will begin with a mindful checkin to help you be present, a short guided mindfulness based meditation then some time spent in silence before being gently guided back to full awareness. An opportunity to share your experience but never any pressure to do so.

Release & Relax

This class begins with some breath work, followed by gently stretching and moving the body to prepare it for a nourishing Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra also known as yogic sleep is a very accessible practice that promotes deep relaxation in the body and mind. During Yoga Nidra which is practiced lying down, you are guided to slowly calm the brain activity from an awake ‘beta’ state, down through ‘alpha’ state (where creativity and inspiration lies) and into ‘theta’ state. Theta is a state of deep meditation and feels like you might feel before you drop off to sleep. The body and mind are able to fully relax. This is suitable for all and particularly good for anyone who suffering from stress, anxiety, insomnia or an overly busy mind.

Rest & Relax Meditation

This meditation class is suitable for everyone. A guided meditation & relaxation journey to help you rest, unwind and destress.

Monthly New Moon Sister Circle

The focus is to cultivate sacred sisterhood and authentic connection in our local community. Whether you’ve attended a women’s circle before, or this is your first time, you’re welcome to join. No previous meditation or women’s circle experience is needed - come exactly as you are.
