Hypnosis refers to a natural state of deep relaxation. We have all experienced this state from time to time. Perhaps when day dreaming, reading a good book or before drifting off to sleep.
Hypnotherapy is the process by which a trained Hypnotherapist guides you in to that state of deep relaxation.
When in the state of Hypnosis the conscious part of the mind relaxes which allows access to the subconscious mind. When the conscious part of your mind is relaxed your subconscious mind is more open to suggestion and it becomes possible to help and encourage the change you’re looking for or for negative thinking processes to be reprogrammed to produce more effective coping strategies.

Hypnotherapy is completely safe and you are always in control. You cannot be made to do or say anything that you do not want to. If at any time you feel you want to end a session you can simply open your eyes.
YOUR HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION
You will have an initial session to discuss what you would like help with, between 4 and 6 x 1 hour sessions are required.
