Unlock the Power of Sleep:
A Transformative Sleep & Wellbeing Weekend

Are you ready to reclaim your nights and rejuvenate your days?

Join us for an immersive two-day workshop dedicated to enhancing your sleep and overall well-being.

The challenges to maintaining good health and high levels of wellbeing are considerable in our modern day lives, with the 24h society and social media activity competing for our attention and energy, societal pressure to effortlessly balance home and work life, as well as finding time to eat well, exercise, and spend quality time with our loved ones. More than ever, people are looking for ways to work and live in harmony with their bodies, rather than working against them.

As with eating and drinking, sleep is fundamental to our health and wellbeing. Changes to the amount and quality of our sleep can have a powerful impact on our mood and emotional state, our behaviours and performance in all areas of our waking life, and is often overlooked as a possible contributor to poor levels of wellbeing.

This two-day Sleep Wellbeing Weekend will provide you with an evidence-based understanding of why we sleep and how it can impact on a variety of areas within your life, including on your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

We will explore what a good night’s sleep looks and feels like and cover the scientific evidence surrounding factors that affect our sleep and can prevent us gaining good quality sleep. You will leave this course with practical knowledge of how to improve your sleep along with an understanding of the benefits of paying attention to and working to improve your sleep quality.
