Unlimited use of the spa facilities, exclusive access to The Japanese Water Gardens, complimentary slippers and the use of a luxurious bathrobe for the duration of your stay are all included and spa treatments may be booked at an additional cost (please advise us of your preference at the time of booking as appointments are subject to availability).

A pre-retreat questionnaire, requesting information such as food allergies, health (mental & physical) and intentions, thoughts & feelings about coming on retreat will be sent prior to arrival*, along with a guided hypnotherapy/meditation recording to help prepare for the retreat or to listen to in the evenings at Stobo.

Subconscious Reprogramming

30 days before the beginning of your retreat you will be sent a deeply relaxing hypnotherapy audio to listen to regularly before your retreat. Your hypnotherapy audio will help you begin to relax and prepare for your retreat experience. Hypnotherapy is a wonderful way to help you make significant and positive changes in a relatively short period of time. The hypnotherapy audio will help begin to reduce stress and relax.

Suzi has spent the last 20 years in health & wellbeing. From running a busy wellbeing centre in Edinburgh, Suzi now runs A Wee Retreat a wellbeing studio in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles. Suzi is passionate about providing people with the space & skills to relax and find peace & contentment in life. A natural nurturer, Suzi is an expert at creating a relaxing space for you to just be.

Trained in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Transformational Coaching, Mindfulness, Meditation, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Yoga, Mind Detox & Emotional Freedom Technique.

AIR from Edinburgh airport 60 miles, approx 1 hour drive.

RAIL approx 1 hour drive from Edinburgh Waverley Station

Arrive from 3pm on Monday 9th September settle in to your gorgeous home for the next few days.

Depart 1pm on Thursday 12th September after a wonderful lunch and a fond farewell
